Dense gel padding sits over the pad of your hand and the base of your thumb — the two places your body weight actually presses down when you're gripping a bar.
The smooth channel running diagonally across it is the important part. That's a relief channel, positioned over the nerve that runs through your palm. It's why your ring and little fingers go numb on a long ride, and it's the thing almost every cheap glove ignores.

I use it for summer cycling. The padding has a moderate thickness, and there is no fatigue left on my palms. It's also comfortable to wear, making it easy to use.

They arrived super fast, the size fit me perfectly. The palm is much thinner than it appears in the image, but they fulfill the function of providing grip since they have a silicone mat print all over the palm. The fact that the fabric is breathable is very good since in my city we easily reach 48-50 degrees in the summer.
These are exactly the gloves I was looking for. If they are too thick, my hands get sweaty, and if they are too thin, there are issues with durability, but the moderate thickness seems to be perfect for cycling. I ordered the upgraded version, which has a non-slip feature on the palm and a simple gel insert that can reduce palm fatigue. The back of the hand has holes like mesh material, which is nice and cool. It might be difficult to use in winter, but if they are too thick, handling becomes uncomfortable, so this moderate thickness seems just right.
