Wipe it with a damp cloth and let it dry fully before rolling it away. The fabric is water repellent, so most dirt comes straight off. Don't machine wash it.

Both. It fits a tent floor, a van, an SUV boot, or a spare room when guests turn up. Plenty of people buy it as a camping pad and end up using it as a spare bed.
How small does it pack down?
Rolls up small enough to fit in a daypack. Deflate through the valve, roll from the far end to push the air out, strap it.
